Mindfulness and Meditation Classes

I am available for one-time or short-term workshops consisting of the following, based on the needs of your participants:

  • Yoga (whether athletic or therapeutic)
  • Mindfulness meditation exercises, both guided and silent
  • Reflection through writing and/or dialogue

I especially enjoy facilitating classes for groups or communities gathering around a specific cause. In example, I have hosted mindfulness in the workplace workshops, as well as healing from racial trauma sessions on the University of Michigan campus.

Self-care for Sexual Assault Activists – Facilitated for the UM Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center volunteer programs. January 2014.

Healing from Racial Trauma – Facilitated for members of the student organization, Students of Color of Rackham. Summer 2016.
