I am available for one-time or short-term workshops consisting of the following, based on the needs of your participants:
- Yoga (whether athletic or therapeutic)
- Mindfulness meditation exercises, both guided and silent
- Reflection through writing and/or dialogue
I especially enjoy facilitating classes for groups or communities gathering around a specific cause. In example, I have hosted mindfulness in the workplace workshops, as well as healing from racial trauma sessions on the University of Michigan campus.
