Mindfulness, Meditation and Radical Self-Care Workshops

I am available for one-time or short-term workshops consisting of the following, based on the needs of your participants:

  • Yoga (whether athletic or therapeutic)
  • Mindfulness meditation exercises, both guided and silent
  • Reflection through writing and/or dialogue

I especially enjoy facilitating classes for groups or communities gathering around a specific cause. I have hosted workshops for work spaces, volunteer and organizing groups, and small gatherings, in addition to free community events.
